You only get any accomidations for working from home for emergencies, sickness, etc if you are one of the "favorites", they lowball the pay, their benefits are really awful, and their review for new medical insurance included some questionable business practices such as signing over permission for all the bidding companies to have access to you and your families medical records for the past 5 years, archaic technology, steal their own employees accomplishments and take credit for them.
