      Pros

      There are opportunities to work with many different types of technologies through visiting client sites and working for Byrne, but within another company.

      Cons

      Working in the office, rather than at a client site, is very hectic, the timelines are unreasonable and technologies are not current (or even within a version of current). There are many proprietary systems and software packages that a developer can get put on which aren't very marketable outside of Byrne. This depends on the team though.

      As a contractor, not many benefits, but high salary and nice people

      Cons

      As a contractor we don't get company benefits like health insurance

      Pros

      There is a wide variety of technology. You see different industries. You get to work with a lot of other developers and learn something new every day.

      Cons

      None. I like the place. I get paid well. I plan to stay here for many more years.
