They started me at $16/hr. One free meal less than $10 per shift. 50% (or 30%, depends who takes your order) off when you're not working.

No matter what you're doing, no matter how well you are doing it, [unnamed, untitled superior] will find a reason to scold you. Positive reinforcement is not valued. It is not an lgbtq+ friendly environment. [unnamed, untitled superior] insists on calling me by my dead name, a name I haven't gone by for years. [unnamed, untitled superior] has shown me very little respect since the minute I started working there. [unnamed, untitled superior] has a habit of telling you to do something right after you've done it, then doesn't acknowledged the fact that you're already on top of things. This happens so often that I'm very suspicious that [unnamed, untitled superior] is doing it on purpose. I don't know why [unnamed, untitled superior] would do it on purpose, my only guess is to assert dominance.
