Worst Place Ever - Tester C2 Management Employee Review

C2 is a great place to work for because they have lots of opportunities to move to different departments and learn something new. Your primary focus is the job you are assigned, but they like cross training, which is great because there is never a moment where work stops. Which means you will always have something to do. Management is very supportive and happy to teach and answer questions. As well as being easy to talk to, makes C2 a great place for new hires. From my personal experience I have always had someone I can ask questions and never once did they make me feel like I was bothering them or I was asking stupid questions. They treat everyone fairly, as well as on the basis of ones work ethic. Which means if you have zero work ethic, you are not going to make it here, or anywhere for that matter.

-Parking Lot Needs Painting -As of review there is no person dedicated to fixing IT related issues/requests, so problems persist for long periods of time (1 week to over a month of waiting) -Some higher ups have trouble responding in a timely manner to emails

There aren't really any pros, it is one of the worst places I have ever worked.

The managment is horrible. People got denied Raises because managment didn't tell them how to do their jobs. Management will change things and then not communicate the changes and then blame you for not keeping up. A horrible place to work. Very unsafe as well. They value one person's opinion rather than the collective opinion of the leads who run the departments
