      I wish there were Pros of working here.

      Cons

      No consistency on policy. Things are done one way today and another tomorrow. They make promises they cannot keep, especially from their CEO. Good luck collecting commissions if you are in sales.

      Pros

      People are 100% engaged in helping each other and the company grow. Lots of camaraderie amongst the team.

      Cons

      Too many desserts and pastries brought in for special occasions making it difficult to resist when you are watching your calorie intake.

      Pros

      OEM Distributor that is constantly looking at bringing on new brands and does so effectively. Strong network of accounts that are passed off to performing employees. Work life balance is always there. Company lunches/dinners, vendor events, trade shows all for performing employees. Manufacturers constantly coming in to train on products.

      Cons

      If you are looking for formal training and a long boring classroom way of learning to sell...This isn't the place for you. If you can learn to adapt, work with people, and be a team player it's a great company.
