This is a nepotistic family run organization that thrives on toxic dysfunction. STAY AWAY. Your training/on-boarding will be little to non-existent, you will not hear from your manager for weeks, and if they are concerned with your performance, you won't know until it's too late to affect any reasonable turnaround. Employees have been at this company for 20-30 + years. Innovation is slow to materialize and for a product company they are behind embracing trends in the retail marketplace. Compensation is below market rates.
