Team work is great. Work can be crazy but everyone pulls together to get the job done. Staff

Over book jobs which outweigh capacity, leading to unnecessary overtime commitments and temp staff requirements. This leads to errors and mistakes. General poor management skills and no real skill to deal with staff.
