      Pros

      I wish I could say any good thing abt it, but seriously there's nothing gud, very mean & cheap top management. They play with your career and threaten to not give any experience and other documents., also they do not verify your verification call or email.

      Cons

      Long working hours plus they track you for every second like a CCTV cam surveillance Poor Management & Top management Abusive Managers Cheap HR No Festival celebration Intentionally Degrade your performance so that you don't ask for a hike. No Work life balance.

      1. Cafeteria ( Cockroach Center ) 2. Machines (AI Powered Latest Machines which have life time support) 3. Micromanagement

      Pros

      No pros, if you are an experienced person. This company is ok for freshers. Senior management is good but not the mid level management.

      Cons

      There is a list 1. Lot of politics and favouritism or partiality by managers. 2. They just promise you things but will never follow their promises(Managers). 3. If you are an experienced person then there is nothing new to learn for you 4. Low wages compare to market 5. No canteen facility available There are some employees who are working from decades at this company and are playing lot of politics and will also not give you opportunity to grow in your career.
