      Pros

      Pay is mediocre but benefits & perks are great. Most people are very nice.

      Cons

      Some managers are uneducated, some abusive towards employees by yelling at them or making sexist comments. The board of directors have zero presence as far as employees are concerned.

      Decent perks, flexible time off.

      Cons

      Too sales focused, no room for growth after 5 years, pay is not good even with all the licenses, commission pay is not worth it - you’ll be lucky to see a 1% payout on travel.
