Pros
Flexible working hours, weekends are free, job security
Cons
First of all, salary is terrible, especially for employees that have lots of experience and should be valued for their work. Everyone is considered replaceable, but obviously the aren't cause most of replacements that came to work here are either underqualified or simply too lazy to do the job well. It's unorganized and there is no evaluation of your work so there is no need for you to try hard and give your best cause no one will notice it. Even when you get noticed all you will ever get is "thank you" at best. So all the new employees after some time lose their motivation when the found out that no one will see their work and that they can effectively work 1h every day and it will be the same.
