Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at CAFOD and we are sorry to hear it was not how you wanted. Given your tenure, we want to highlight that since 2022, CAFOD has been active in its anti-racist commitments, through staff engagement, staff awareness, training and the design and implementation of our anti-racist action plan. Recent staff engagement shows that the majority of staff have welcomed the many initiatives we have taken forward. We strive to ensure inclusivity across all grades of staff, and it is a shame your experience did not reflect that. We wish you well in your future endeavours.
