      Pros

      Ability to see another country for a week. No real income, just expenses

      They only pick their own, or folks from Ottawa, Montreal. Good luck trying to ever get selected. If you're not in the "inner circle", you don't have a chance. They should be reported to Global Affairs, but with former Lieberal Axworthy at the helm, the cash flows to the corrupt organization.
