Pros
Good vacation, work weekdays only, off for major holidays, decent benefits, very nice clean facility. Don't have to work nights.
Cons
Company has made some very bad decisions in the past and now the employees are suffering, laying people off yet hiring at the same time. It is next to impossible to get a day off not enough coverage. What good is the vacation we earn if we can't use it or pay it out.
