A challenging industry - many CRM vendors suffered because the processes they were automating were demanding and clients were always creative A small-medium sized business operating in Germany, UK, US and Australia. The balance of expert resources were in Germany, and there was always a recurring cultural disconnect between the US office and the HQ.
