Experienced, good consultants (mostly). OK benefits (except grossly deficient time off policy)

You are just a body. This company will not likely have any relationship with the you other than a paycheck. Partners make promises to draw you in never intending to keep them. Get everything in writing! There are no raises or way up unless you are one of the cool kids (partner's drinking buddies). Look very carefully at the vacation policy... 10 days a year including sick time. Little flexibility allowed. Penny pinching travel reimbursements. Repeat - get everything in writing if you take a chance with CAS.
