      Great learning experience if you want to set foot in the beauty industry. You get to see how things are highly organized and structured and how the team operates on the day to day.

      Cons

      Very fast paced and everyone is super busy so it is important to connect and get to know everyone early on in your internship.

      Pros

      Everyone at Case was incredibly welcoming and always willing to explain things, which I especially appreciated as an intern. It's also a great environment to develop a variety of skills, as you're encouraged to explore areas beyond your primary role.

      Cons

      The salary is a little bit low for New York standards
