      Pros

      Everyone wanted to help and give back to the team. They encouraged what you wanted to learn if you requested it. They valued intern perspectives and offered resources to build toolkits.

      Cons

      The pay was subliminal and not enough to survive off of in NYC. You will make more at In & Out than at CASE, but what you learn is valuable. While the culture is supportive, it is also very opinionated and not as open to hearing new perspectives.

      Pros

      Everyone at Case was incredibly welcoming and always willing to explain things, which I especially appreciated as an intern. It's also a great environment to develop a variety of skills, as you're encouraged to explore areas beyond your primary role.

      Cons

      The salary is a little bit low for New York standards
