Pros
I've been working at CATS Software for a little less than a year. It's an exciting place to work, filled with fun people. It's definitely a growing company, so we're always brainstorming ideas on how to make our applicant tracking system even better. The culture is great and allows us to keep our minds fresh. Since it is a smaller company, we all know each other pretty well and sometimes get to enjoy a fun happy hour together. Our CEO is always accessible, and everyone listens to each other ideas. Another positive note, the office is expanding!
