      Pros

      Very good atmosphere. There is a real teamwork. The company has the ressources (Bloomberg trading, etc.) even if other company has bigger infrastructures.

      Cons

      Salary below the average in the industry. The headquarter is difficult to access by car. It is therefore needed to go by public transport.
