Unorganized, over worked, not appreciated - Associate Brand Manager CBC Group Employee Review

All the employees from the top down are friendly, welcoming, and a joy to work with. They take the time to invest in the future of their employees, offering loyalty in return for good service. They have successfully blended the best aspects of both American and Japanese corporate culture in their American HQ, resulting in a group that feels more like a family than just coworkers.

Having just transitioned to a new location, there are still growing pains to be worked out and new systems that need to be put in place. As it is a small company some people have to wear too many hats and take on too many roles at once.

This is a great company that truly cares about it's employees who tend to stick around for many years. I've been there 12 years. They keep improving and expanding their product line which keeps things interesting. They have an excellent benefits package.

The major downside is that they are relocating. All are welcome to go but for many it's just not an option.
