Pros
I have read a lot of the negative reviews here and have to disagree with them. My name is Reid Brosko and i have been working for CBI for almost 5 years now, starting out as an intern and moved to part-time then on to full time. The atmosphere within CBI is very family and employee based. Multiple time we have some together to help other employees and their families in good times and in bad. The growth that i have been able to have while at CBI, is significantly more then i would see at any other Risk Management company. CBI has become a small fish in the ocean that is completing with the whales, because of this there is a lot that is requested and expected of you as an employee. That being said it is nothing that can not be managed, and the company has many people and support staff to back you up.
Cons
This is not a 9-5 job. There will be times where extra work will be required. Being a small company competing with larger enterprises in the Risk management field requires organization as well as hard work.
