      I have to write 5 words to finish review....no pros

      Cons

      Building is infested with termites, and other bugs Poorly managed No formal training High turnover Company struggles to break even. Management will stress pushing product out the door even if doesn’t adhere to quality standards. Production will falsify paperwork daily and management will excuse it

      Understand and learn how the Manufacturing industry works. Having good relation with Vendors.

      Cons

      Only 1 person for HR. That person was HR and also the director of Sales.
