Pros
- Fun coworkers, easy to work with
- Fast-paced environment so work is not monotonous
- My manager, and several of the other managers I worked with were very kind and down to earth, providing a healthy work environment in the store
Cons
- Pay is almost minimum wage, with wage increases only by pennies, and only after a certain time
- Corporate does not take responsibility for their lack of compensation, instead blaming general management for an employee's low wage, even though corporate sets and maintains wages
- Corporate does not communicate well with all of the baristas/shift leads/general managers
