Pros
Good technology - recent upgrade of hardware was great, finally! You could work on latest technology like iOS, tablets etc. great location to work in downtown. great employees. really care about each other.
Cons
Years of inactivity. has lost customers for number of years. Processes are archaic. Customer is ignored. employees are rarely promoted. no one knows what does it take. benefits are so so. very short term vision in products. e.g. there is no data model.
