Pros
When it comes to Automotive Claims, and the innovation that is applied to that area, CCC is the most powerful company in the field...and the best choice for carriers.
Cons
Much like high school, there exists a "click", most don't make the cut and you'll always feel as if you don't fit in. I myself brought in some significant wins in areas that others at CCC were unable to perform in. Never a word of appreciation from management. Additionally, when it comes to anything other than CCC's core offerings, they are unable to deliver. They can't expand out of that box.
