7yIn 2016, after careful review, some job titles were changed from salaried to hourly to ensure compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act. Accommodations were made during the transition to ensure employees had time to adjust, and employees have expressed appreciation for the overtime opportunities during our busier seasons. Turnover in Sioux Falls continues to be lower than other call centers.
