Many positive marks are from interns who want to get hired, the negative marks seem to come from people who sacrificed their life to CCC only to have the career cut short. Very limited promotion. HR staff are 1 step away from being replaced due to the company set up, they only care about the company, not the individual. If you go to them with a complaint about a manager about getting underpaid, they will remove you and force you to lawyer up rather then pay what is owed or defend you. HR routinely sweeps away female complaints about male superiors and advances made.
