Pros
They pay fairly well for the job market and there are annual bonus plans. The balance between work/life is good - weekend work is scheduled in advance and managed reasonably.
Cons
Ridiculous HR policies for managing out weak employees has resulted in employees being extremely cut-throat and rude to each other. Favoritism amongst groups - some are all considered gods, others are all treated like dirt. Recent activity regarding investment owners has resulted in the company reducing to a skeleton crew that can barely support applications. This is a recipe for disaster that will come within the next few years.
