Pros
CCC is a great place to work all in all. There's an ample amount of opportunity for growth, most leadership is open to new ideas, and my coworkers were awesome to work with. I enjoyed both of my supervisors and the teams I worked with. The work is a bit challenging at times, but it forces you to grow in many ways! I learned so much in a short amount of time and for that I am thankful.
Cons
My workload became overwhelming and unbearable at times, which caused me to be let go unexpectedly because of a genuine mistake I made. There was no opportunity to explain my reasoning because I was blindsided by everything. No option for a disciplinary action, PIP, probation, etc. Be cautious of an "at-will" company because you can lose your job with no regard to your well being or any effort you put in previously. After being terminated, the company informed me that I am no longer allowed to communicate publicly with any of my previous coworkers in any capacity.
