The pay, if you can manage to stick around long enough for the golden handcuffs to vest

Project management and interdepartment and sometimes even intradepartment communication is the worst I have ever witnessed. Had I not worked here myself, I don't think I would have believed how bad it really is. Management frequently under-allocate resources to critical tasks and over-allocate then to pet projects. The only way to reliably get ahold of someone is to schedule a meeting, and people routinely fail to live up to what they agree to in the meeting or pretend they don't remember what was discussed.
