      Small team, good location on Michigan Ave, downtown Chicago.

      Cons

      Everybody got fired or left in the course of my time here. They hired me without a clear idea of what I'd be doing, and no effective management to help me figure it out.

      Pros

      The coworkers at CCIM Institute are friendly and everyone is collaborative when it comes to projects. CCIM truly believes in the employee's personal career growth and expanding their knowledge base. Work/life balance is also great!

      Cons

      It is a smaller organization, career growth may be limited but CCIM is open to innovation and changes where you can grow your skill set.

      Very poorly run and having its members make decisions and using the company's assets to help themselves and their business is unethical.
