      Pros

      Summer hours, good benefits, work from home.

      Cons

      Absolutely no transparency. You’ll be asked to complete manager-level tasks without the manager-level pay. (Which is low regardless) The CEO at one point was pitting the internal teams against each other. He also hired a good friend of his to be the new VP of Marketing…so take that as you will.

      Pros

      The coworkers at CCIM Institute are friendly and everyone is collaborative when it comes to projects. CCIM truly believes in the employee's personal career growth and expanding their knowledge base. Work/life balance is also great!

      Cons

      It is a smaller organization, career growth may be limited but CCIM is open to innovation and changes where you can grow your skill set.

      Very poorly run and having its members make decisions and using the company's assets to help themselves and their business is unethical.
