      Pros

      Only pro is that I got out of there

      Cons

      A director who cares only about the "pipeline" and not the welfare of staff. No training and when training is offered it's basic and you're required to pay £2,000 towards it. No real progression unless you're in the special clique. Out of date tools used. No onsite parking available for staff. Staff who have been there for years telling me no pay reviews have been done.

      Cons

      If you don’t like to work, it’s not a job for you if you don’t like to cut people or fire people before the holidays and make tough decisions including budget in this job is not for you. I love it.

      > Free Coffee > Good for Learning Police Contracts and Post-Uni XP > Some great people there, especially R&D & ED, Cyber Team > Training and Bootcamps good

      Cons

      > You aren't an individual there you are a number, it will wear you down to a nub after 1Y > An Org that Pirahia's people because unless they think, look and act just like them, you must support the 'latest thing' or face consequences > Junk Food in Vending Machines and no food places nearby > In the middle of no-where > Clicky - unless you are in the Vanguard of Stratford-upon-Avon > Hard work IIOC viewing, categorising, and not much else going on > You are joining the Titanic - At least you may get redundancy in 1Y time > Poor Pay > Mobile lab environment, a sweatshop with rogue Team Leaders treating staff badly
