Working there is like working on a conveyor belt, its all about the turn around of deives. No time allocate to do a proper investigation of devices. Management know apps are being missed, to hit the allocated turn around time. Lack of tools and equipment and licenses, causing a back up staff waiting to extract data. Device were sometimes being reset to hit turn around. Company is all about profits for their share holders. Company does not care about staff. Bullying is present from supervisors and staff, especially from new management. If you face doesnt fit you will not survive. Horendous company to work for, looks nice in offices but are nly intersted in profits. Only use this place if you really have to and only as a stop gap until you get something better. People are not happy there and alot are planning to leave as soon as they can Very Very low wages for the knowledge and experience of employees, unless your face fits. I think long term they will lose contracts and start to lay staff off
