Pros
Not a whole lot. It's a pretty crap place to work to be honest with you. I mean, unless you like being treated like a piece of property that doesn't have the mental capacity to tie a shoelace.
Cons
Where to begin. First. We lost literally an entire office. Like no lie our entire corp office quit. I don't know what kind of a sign they need to wake up and treat ALL OF THEIR STAFF with respect but I suggest you guys stop favoring all the Synexus people (99% of them are toxic anyway). I have talked to employees both here in AZ and in NE and we all collectively agree we are hand picking the toxicity. You guys also talk down to us and treat us like we are idiots. We are expected to do the work of five employees for the pay of a part-timer. You literally have to be friends with your boss if you want to stay off a performance plan - no I haven't been one yet but I saw it happen to three employees. They hired an HR lady and honestly...you poor soul...run. Run as fast as you can because they are loaded with red flags and it's only a matter of time until they target you too.
