None at all, unless you have submissive fantasies and like working long hours for low pay. Or like working with a group of males whose attitudes are firmly rooted in the 1970s.
Cons
Boss is a delusional tyrant who employs similarly unpleasant people to manage staff. Compulsory attendance at work-related meetings outside of working hours and at locations incurring personal travel costs. Bullying and sexism in the workplace commonplace.
