No equitable or even well-written HR policies leads to employee confusion when it comes to benefits, pay increases, travel, and many work policies in general. HR department is significantly lacking. Questions often go ignored unless they are pressed several times and often answers are nebulous. There is no clear way to move up without finding another job that pays higher within the company, or leave altogether.
