CDC Foundation Response

Thank you for sharing your perspective on your tenure as a Grants Manager with the CDC Foundation. It’s encouraging to hear that you appreciated the flexibility of our remote or hybrid schedule, our efficient interview process and the opportunities provided for continuing education. These are areas we strive to excel in to support our team’s professional development and work-life balance. However, we are deeply concerned about the challenges you've encountered, including issues with communication, leadership and workplace culture. The experiences you've described fall short of the standards we set for ourselves at the CDC Foundation. We are committed to fostering an environment of respect, accountability and inclusivity. Hearing that we may have fallen short in these areas is something we take very seriously. We are dedicated to addressing your concerns and ensuring that our workplace is supportive, respectful and free from discrimination. To this end, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your experiences. Davida Collins is available to talk with you and can be reached at dcollins@cdcfoundation.org. We are committed to listening and making necessary improvements to ensure our employees feel valued, heard and supported. Thank you again for your feedback.
