Pros

Three good project managers who know their specialties well. Medical work with local hospitals steady; good reputation in church design.

Cons

Lack of consistent teamwork; sudden changes of direction by management; poor management; design and production staff switched from one project to another in mid-stream; projects often understaffed. Lack of communication from management to staff feeds constant GOSSIP and rumors. Staff reminded often they're lucky to have a job - so anxiety in the air. Management allows office bullies.

Pros

Occasionally cover travel to local project sites and get to see different parts of Georgia the firm is actively doing projects in

Cons

Poor leadership, people are promoted into leadership roles because they have design experience, not because they display any leadership qualities. They constantly publicize the office expansion into Savannah but can’t even afford to keep designers on staff in their Atlanta office. Horrible work culture and leadership makes no effort to change anything because everyone comes into work with no passion for what they do.
