Pros
Fun doing demos at Costco: meet great people, good pay for part-time. No hours too late or too early. Flexible schefules, great for hard-working students, stay-at-home parents, retirees.
Cons
No guaranteed hours. No benefits other than 401K. Hard to stand on concrete floor for 6 hrs. As part of management, hard to do everything required in time allotted...and not being on salary makes it hard to do as well as I'd like since not okayed to work off the clock.
