Pros
Profit sharing is the number one reason to work for CED. There is plenty of profit to be made in the solar industry and to get a piece of the action is truly wonderful. The only reason i stayed employed there was because the money you can make with profit sharing had the potential to be amazing.
Cons
Management has a "we will deal with all potential issues with our decisions when it occurs and someone else will have to solve it" attitude. There was a lot of favoritism. Management has no problem using and abusing hard workers until they are burnt out. I have watched plenty of hard workers get run down during my time there. Management will then quickly forget how much those people used to go above and beyond when they can no longer take advantage.
