      Pros

      Great young and collaborative culture. Many colleagues willing, like me, to solve the clients' problems at all costs. True believing in digital innovation. Only interesting and stimulating engagements.

      Cons

      Being focussed on upstream innovation leaves no space to more lucrative activities (development, process outsourcing, maintenance...) thus low margins create downward pressure on paychecks. Great place to work till you're 35 or 40. Then the growth opportunities are very few

      Pros

      Friendly environment; diversity of projects; majority of projects are very interesting., good until 30/35, the experience you develop can be easily repelled in other company, specially abroad.

      Cons

      Excessive fragmentation in the activities; not possibile to grow and mature wit ha clear professional role ; career path simply does not exists; sometimes projects are really "small".

      governance structure rewards stability and low-risk against growth and opportunity. thus there are few internal paths for professional growth
