Excellent company with a very innovative product.

There are none I can think off

There were a lot of promises made. Onboarding for being hired was speedy and quick. There are 4 levels of the interview, 4th one being optional. You’ll have a meeting with the Director of Marketing, CMO, COO and possibly the CEO. You’ll receive a brand new laptop, based on your choice, stand up desks, and a fully stock fridge. You’ll receive 3/4 weeks of paid training, and start out with weekly meetings with your manager, in person to start. You’ll be promised a hybrid working schedule, and flexible based on your needs. You’ll be set up with their technology and have an open office space. Your hours are based on your discretion. Management will create an open door policy and ask you to come to them with any issues you may have. Compliments are abundant as well, upon your first few weeks there.

If you’re good at reading between the lines, you’ll notice I used the word “promises” in the pros section. The promises made were empty. This place has the potential to be run as they envision. Unfortunately, when a company this size has a management team running their silo on empty promises, no team will last.
