Stay away - Technician CEL-SCI Employee Review

Wish I could give this place a 0 star. There is absolutely no growth, you’re stuck doing the same thing for a long time. Most of of the time, we just sit around without knowing anything. Management does not communicate or plan things. Everything is done haphazardly, no rationale behind any actions taken. Manufacturing middle management is non existent. Supervisors have no leadership skills, they got promoted because they are there for a long time. Inappropriate conversations, bullying, favoritism run rampant but no one seems to care. Everyone in management is there because of a paycheck but not because they actually care.
