      Pros

      Family owned small company. Senior Management seems to care every now and then.

      Cons

      No chance of promotion here. Company executives have high school degrees, make $2000 a week and are all Family from the owner. No company picnics, or decent salaries for well qualified employees.

      Pros

      Family owned company, large base of clients, relatively small amount of employees, small business type environment, close everyday at 5:00pm, weekends off.

      Cons

      no chance for promotion or advancement, employees there for 20 years have been in same position, the "executives", (owner's boys) make solid six figure salaries.
