Communication is clear, and expectations are realistic. I also appreciate the organization’s mission and the real impact we make in people’s lives. Overall, I feel proud to be part of a company that treats its employees with care and professionalism.

There have been some shifts in strategy and direction over time, which can create a bit of uncertainty. However, this is understandable given the nature of our field and the need to stay responsive to external changes. The leadership team generally does a good job of explaining the “why” behind these shifts.
