I’ve had a truly positive experience working here. The company culture is supportive, inclusive, and focused on growth — both professional and personal. My team is collaborative and respectful, and leadership is approachable and open to feedback. I feel valued in my role, and I’m given the tools and trust to do my job well. Communication is clear, and expectations are realistic. I also appreciate the organization’s mission and the real impact we make in people’s lives. Overall, I feel proud to be part of a company that treats its employees with care and professionalism.

There have been some shifts in strategy and direction over time, which can create a bit of uncertainty. However, this is understandable given the nature of our field and the need to stay responsive to external changes. The leadership team generally does a good job of explaining the “why” behind these shifts.
