      CFND has been a breathe of fresh air. They truly strive to ensure their employees are happy and well taken care of. It's nice having flexibility with my schedule which allows me to have a great work life balance.

      Pros

      I enjoy the ability to be allowed to grow and have support every step of the way. We truly make a difference in the lives of others. I fill fulfilled going into work.

      We are still growing so we do have to change things, but it always works for the best.

      flexible schedule, not a lot of micromanaging

      Cons

      expecting you to carry a high case load (32 clients) to make sure you hit your minimum, recent sold it self to another company and lost PTO days due to this, not a lot of growth within the company at this time
