Sorry to hear that you didn’t have a great experience whilst working here at CGA. We pride ourselves on being a meritocracy, where individuals are promoted based on their talent and ability rather than time served. We have a long history of promoting from within, and we are proud that 70% of our leadership team have progressed through the business in to their respective senior level roles.
We are pleased that you recognise our employees and a hard-working senior leadership team, as we pride ourselves in being passionate about delivering the very best for our clients and we do aim to recognise the talent and commitment of our team.
There are lots of opportunities for training and development, we hold a whole host of internal training sessions and we invest each year in bringing in some of the best external trainers to upskill our teams. We aim to recognise talent at every level of the business through our Future Leaders Programme, which is a platform for our stars to fast track their learning and development and achieve great things here at CGA.
We continuously measure employee satisfaction and this year’s survey told us that 90% of employees are happy in their role at CGA and 93% agree that the leaders and managers care for their teams’ wellbeing as well as their professional development.
