CGH Transportation is a wonderful place to work. CGH is a very supportive environment with many opportunities to grow and learn. Upper management is always available for questions and the smaller company feel allows for the opinions of all team members to be heard and valued. Work from home allows for good work-life balance and in person team events are also prioritized to maintain connections with coworkers.

Poor communication from management to newly acquired staff members as to the roles and responsibilities that they hold. Unprofessional termination process. Help was hard to get when needed due to the workload for the amount of staff members so new staff were constantly waiting until the afternoon to be able to ask questions and then rushing to finish the work
